What I did was DL frost brushes. It took me lil while to get as close as I could. Its not perfect by no means but it will do.

Thank you!!! I did the 2016 version and started this one, but I am not a good enough designer/artist to get the ice and pattern right. This (I think) completes all of the Coke 400 cars!
