	After completing my 1999 CTS truckset and going through Racing- Reference, I saw that Ron Fellows had Bully Hill listed as a sponsor for the Watkins Glen race, I made this as a bonus truck. With no race footage for images found it's basically the cup car on a truck. Base & Bully Hill logos by me, Numbers & template from Masgrafx, other logos from Google and Racin Grafix, & contigs from CC#48 & Slippy. Comments Welcome, enjoy.
