ever since i saw the DEI stripes at FBR. I knew i had to do something with them. I decided to make a DEI set since they were DEI stripes but i wanted to make then a little different.
One the things that has bothered me lately was Jr''s ALL RED car.... i cant stand it. I love his MLB cars and I love his BOD cars. But when it comes to regular schemes...his old style in my eyes was still the better. Why? because the scheme was broken up by color. You had the black stripes AND the black pillars. it made the car better looking in my eyes. his cars now are just so blah.
So what i did was take thos awsome topnatch DEI stripes from FBR and i went over to MRD and got Jr''s Born On Date scheme. I resized it to fit the 1024 tucknut template. I filled the hood in and the decklid to allow better decal placement. I think the white with the red...defined with a little blue...looks more like a budweiser car than an all red one. there''s just as much white on a Bud can as there is Red ya know?
