There is already a Nextel POINTS Calculator available for NR2003 ........ http://bellsouthpwp.net/r/r/rrathbon/ All you do is add the Additions points to the TOP TEN drivers for the last 10 races, just like Nascar does. Enjoy N99kid

Nextel make the bestest rules of nascar cup series and the best thing is that the top 10 driver wont get worried about losin points position even like from 1 to 10 or somethin but Elliott Sadler finish EA Sports 500 upside down finish 22 and he's still on the championship race.

i had the same problem when i went to install the track update.i got the error message 1155 instmsiw.exe file...so i updated my java plug in and then i could install it with no problems!! that should take care of it bro

i downloaded the file and went i went to unzip the file, it went to go through an install wizward, but then i get an error: 1155 Instmsiw.exe file not found, and then it stops the install, any help would be appreciated, win 2000 operating system

Good job on the billboards, overall it's pretty accurate, though there are a few problems throughout the tracks... 1) The Sunoco logo's 3D model hasn't been edited, which was already stated. 2) The track wall logos are not correct, the sides are black backgrounded, not yellow all the way through. 3) The Nextel Officials uniforms, which was already stated as well. Overall decent though.

thanks for the awesome work! man i love you guys. with the talent here updating papy`s sim for everyone, we`ll be able to hold on until ea`s rights run out. as for the highest number of downloads i have ever seen here, there is still a long way to go. there is an old set-up pack here: http://nascarnet.com/filelibrary.asp?fileid=4979 that has 21,306 downloads! good luck catching that one...you deserve it! thanks again...brickyard

An Alabama Fan (Crimson Tide) and a Ricky Rudd fan...21 looked pretty good today. The files were hidden..don't know why. I unhid them and then copied them to the proper folders and they work. BTW, I put the files from the Homestead from the game into the PWF banked homestead. I figured out how to change the 76 balls on that track to Sonoco. If anyone wants that file, I'll post it. I don't know what happened with that install routine, but it is working now.

I downloaded it, ran the install, it wants to put it in some C:\Program Files\Nascar Add-On\NEXTEL Track updates\ folder. If I accept this, it creates the folders, but they are EMPTY! I uninstall and reinstall to C:\Papyrus\Nascar Racing 2003 Season\Tracks folder and there are no changes. What am I doing wrong? It doesn't appear to do anything on my system.

could you post a seperate update for the tracks that you just added. i don't want to d/l the wole thing again just for those tracks. it took almost 2 hours for me to d/l. i have dial-up. 56K.

as far as the billboards go, I checked em (Atl,Dov,LV,Tex) and mine are all there. Maybe you have installed some other files that this program won't overwrite. You can try uninstalling and re-install and see if that works. As far as the Cali infield logo, I missed it. Will get it fixed and redo. Trying to work on a mirror site for downloading. Seems to be rather slow here.

hi your update is great but you miss some on 4 tracks. Atlanta turn 1 for the billboards. California the infield logo. Dover First turn the billboards. Las Vegas First turn the billboards. Texas turn 4 the billboards. and i have Homestead 2003 and Phoenix 2003 can you make the update for those tracks and also for Night California.

It comes with the things you see here plus countless others that are too numerous to list. Basically anything that was red and said NASCAR RACING SERIES, is now yellow with NEXTEL CUP SERIES. Most of the changes are in the tracks themselves (walls, billboards, banners and signs.) But I have done the Nextel Hauler (pics from Nascar.com) The flaggers (starter, beginning and end of pit road). The pit official. The holloywood hotel was modified. The jumbotron. The NRS screen from the jumbotron is now NCS. THIS WILL NOT AFFECT ONLINE PLAY (just tried it). Anyone have any problems let me know.
