track.ini file does three things.
1. Sets the track grip so that flips are more spectacular. Doesn't affect handling or any other aspect of the race other than flips. Best used with roof flaps disabled.
2. Removes restrictor plates. This will affect race setup; adjust accordingly.
3. Makes the start sooner. Pacecar cuts across grass, but, hey, what's a little off-roading between friends? Full pace lap start starts in original location, but if full pace lap disabled, start starts on the front-straight.
Be sure to save a copy of the original track.ini before you copy this into your Talladega folder in NR2002.
