made a batch file that will make a complete new Papyrus Road Course Rated track.
Read the README files and follow the instructions. I have tested it and it works fine.
The batch file will doo all the work for you to include making a new folder and moving and renaming all the needed files. If you race online with this track and the race is rated it will count on your Road Course ratings. Papyrus is set to a Speedway by default.
