I'm not sure how well this setup works. But I'm thinking what applies at Pocono may apply at Indy too because Indy has four tight, low banked turns. Basically, this setup lets you stay in 3rd gear in the short straights in between turns 1 and 2, and 3 and 4, then get the most high end torque possible off of turns 2 and 4. This should make "kick off" into the long front and back straights faster, then shift into 4th gear 1/4th-1/3rd way down the long front and back straights. I'm not sure how it handles, it handles just fine for me. What I'm most curious about is whether or any time is picked up when the rest of you test it, cuz it worked for me. This might not be the best handling setup out there, but try it without shifting, and try it with shifting and give me feedback on whether or not shifting at Indy indeed picks up a couple 10ths or not.
